Within 30 calendar days after you receive your goods, you may apply for a return if:
- The item is undamaged, unused and in resalable condition;
- Original packaging and all accessories are complete.
Return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer for returns due to personal preference.
2. Returns & Exchanges for Quality Issues
If you receive defective, damaged, malfunctioning or wrong‑shipped products, we offer the following options:
- Free product replacement;
- Full refund;
- We cover both‑way shipping fees.
You are required to provide photos, videos and order screenshots for verification.
3. Non‑Returnable Circumstances
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damage caused by man‑made impact, water ingress, unauthorized disassembly or modification.
- Beyond the 30‑day after‑sales period.
- Missing accessories or severely damaged original packaging that prevents resale.
